You will arrive after you have practiced with the diaphragm at home and gradually become accustomed to it for at least 8 hours. You will arrive with the diaphragm inside the vagina for at least two hours, and together we will make sure that you are suitable and that the solution is right for you. We will then order the diaphragm and the appropriate gel for you.
